Insurance
Helios is a fee-for-service practice, out of network with most PPO plans and in network with a few. Call us and we’ll verify your benefits. As a courtesy we submit claims to your insurance; your plan decides final coverage.
Ways to pay
Your estimated portion is due when services are provided. We accept cash, major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards, as well as financing through Sunbit and Cherry.
